All prices include VAT. There is no minimum order charge for online products.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to use suppliers and manufacturers who provide consistent product quality. However, sometimes items differ radically from one delivery to the next. In this case, details will be updated on the website.

Disclaimer : Always keep beads out of the reach of small children for safety reasons (they may present a choking hazard or may cause accidental damage).

Payment Methods

Payment can be made using credit card, debit card, cheque, by phone or on collection.

Credit Card : We accept all major credit card and debit cards - Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express. Credit Card details can be entered during the checkout process, and are processed on a secure server.

Pay by Cheque (UK only): Cheques should be made payable to ‘Bead Aura’, and sent to Bead Aura, Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden, WC2H 9DP, London. To ensure the order is correctly dispatched to the corresponding cheque, please fill in the required information on checkout and write your Order Reference Number on the back of the cheque. (The Order Reference Number is given to you once you submit your order). Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Pay by Phone (UK only): Complete the requested details on this selection and you can then complete the order by phoning us on 0207 836 3002. Alternatively, submit your order with a phone number that we can contact you with and we will call you back as soon as possible to complete the order. If you do not complete all the details on checkout, we will not be able to process the order. If you accidently submit any incorrect details, please email us as soon as possible.

Pay on Collection: Complete the requested details on this selection and you can pay when you come to collect the order. If you select this option, the delivery charge will be subtracted once the order is submitted. Orders can be picked up in Bead Aura, Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden, WC2H 9DP, London. If you choose this option, please state the name of the person collecting the order and keep a copy of the Order Reference Number of the order. If you do not complete all the details on checkout, you may not be able to collect the order. If you accidently submit any incorrect details, please email us as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and packaging is calculated on checkout. P&P starts at £1.50.

We aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment unless the Next Day Delivery option is selected.

First Class (UK only): The P&P of orders over £50 will be free with this option. Important: We do not take responsibility for any lost or delayed mail once the order is posted. To ensure delivery, please select Recorded Sign For Delivery.

Recorded Signed For (UK only) (Recommended): This option ensures that you will receive your order.

Special Next Day Delivery (UK only): All orders received by 3:00pm will be delivered by following business day before 1:00pm. If you make the order on a Friday and need it to arrive on a Saturday, leave a message on checkout and an extra £2 will be added to your order.

International (For Europe): This selection is available for if you live outside UK within Europe. Your order will not be sent if the delivery option is incorrect so if the wrong selection is made, please contact us as soon as possible.

International (Rest of World): If you live outside the UK and Europe, please select this option. Your order will not be sent if the delivery option is incorrect so if the wrong selection is made, please contact us as soon as possible.


Every effort is made to package up all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, there is a very small possibility that breakages may occur on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for negligence or improper handling on the part of Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other delivery or handling agencies. In general, if serious damage has occurred in transit, compensation can be claimed against the handler.

Returns Policy

Bead Aura takes pride in our reputation for quality and service. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund.

If there has been a mixup with your order, please notify us straight away. We try really hard to despatch everything accurately, but occasionally a mistake is made. In this case, every effort is made to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds can only be given if they are unused and in original packaging and returned with a copy of your invoice within 7 days.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us so we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting which is free from the Post Office. When we get the goods back in good condition, we will credit you and let you know.

Changes to order

If your order has been confirmed but not yet sent and you would like to change or cancel your order, you can do so by calling us on +44 (0) 207 836 3002 during our opening times.

Replacement or exchanges

Any items accepted for return will be credited and replaced goods will be considered a new order and postal charges will be made as such.

Please be aware replacements or refunds over and above our statutory obligations are at our own discretion. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on discretionary returns.
