    Health and Safety

    Our products can present a choking hazard or cause accidental damage particularly to young children. You must ensure that keep beads out of the reach of small children for safety reasons. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur in event of an incident.

    We strive to ensure that our products are sourced from suppliers and manufacturers who provide ethical, non-toxic, non-harmful products. However, in the unlikely event such an item is stocked by us, we are not liable if such products are sold in our store. We will endeavour to immediately remove these products should we become aware of it.

    Product Description

    Many of our products are handmade and/or of natural materials. In such products, the colour, size and shape may vary slightly from batch to batch and/or within any given batch which is inherent in the uniqueness of the product. While the product will be of similar quality as each other, they may not be identical either to each other or to the image.

    We will do our best to provide an accurate information of the product but all specifications, descriptions, images and other criteria are intended merely to present a general idea of the products described and unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by our representative do not constitute a warranty or representation that any products purchased will conform with any such specifications, descriptions, images and criteria.

    We strive to use suppliers and manufacturers who provide consistent product quality. However, sometimes items differ radically from one delivery to the next. In this case, details will be updated on the website.

    All weights and quantities are estimated approximations only. Batches may vary slightly in weight and content.

    Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policies.

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

    We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

    If using dyed products for clothing or items to be worn next to the skin, we recommend you test these products for suitability first. We cannot hold ourselves responsible for surface dyed beads or other dyed products and in the event of any claim, sellers' liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of defective goods.

    Due to certain manufacturing processes we are unable to guarantee colour continuity. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads may discolour over time we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinitely.

    We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

    We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

    We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


    All prices include VAT.

    Prices and offers of our products can differ online and in store, fairs and other events.

    Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

    We try to keep every item on our website in stock at all times. Unfortunately this is not always possible. If an item is unavailable we will do our best to contact you by phone or email to notify you. Otherwise, we will send a close substitute if you have indicated on ordering that this is acceptable. If you accept a substitute, you will be charged for the price of the substitute.

    If you do not wish to have an alternative supplied, you will not be charged for any items in your order that are out of stock. If we are unable to contact you and you have indicated you do not want substitutes we reserve the right to send a partial shipment. On occasions we can back order items and send them on postage free, but this is at our discretion.

    Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

    We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

    You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

    Payment Methods

    Payment can be made using credit card or debit card. You can place an order with us via the Bead Aura Online e-commerce site, by e-mail at orders@beadaura.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0) 744 075 7208.

    Credit Card: We accept all major credit card and debit cards - MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo. We do not accept American Express. Credit Card details can be entered during the checkout process, and are processed on a secure third-party server.

    PayPal: We can send payment requests using PayPal. Simply provide us with an e-mail address which we can use to send a PayPal Invoice.

    Pay by Cheque: Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques.

    Pay by Bank Transfer: Should it be necessary to pay by Bank Transfer, we will supply you with the bank details for Bead Aura Trading Ltd. Any orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed by the bank.

    By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

    Delivery Policy

    Postage and packaging is calculated on checkout. P&P for orders over £40.00 are free.

    We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment.

    Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

    Every effort is made to package up all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

    However, there is a very small possibility that breakages may occur on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for negligence or improper handling on the part of Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other delivery or handling agencies. In general, if serious damage has occurred in transit, compensation can be claimed against the handler.

    Standard Delivery (UK only1): The P&P of orders over £50 will be free with this option. This option does not guarantee next day delivery. Urgent or valuable items should be sent using Special Next Day Delivery as we do not take responsibility for any lost or delayed mail once the order is posted. To ensure your order is correctly delivered by Royal Mail, please select Recorded Sign For Delivery. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days2.

    Recorded Signed For (UK only1) (Recommended): This option allows for Track and Trace to ensure that your order is delivered correctly by Royal Mail. If it does get lost during delivery, your order is insured by Royal Mail for up to £50. Urgent or valuable items should be sent using Special Next Day Delivery as we do not take responsibility for any lost or delayed mail once the order is posted. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days2.

    Special Next Day Delivery (UK only1): All orders received before 1:00pm will be delivered by following business day before 1:00pm. If you make the order on a Friday and need it to arrive on a Saturday, leave a message on checkout and an extra £3.00 will be added to your order otherwise the order will arrive on Monday. This option guarantees next day delivery and allows you to track the progress of your order with Royal Mail.

    International (For Europe)3: This selection is available for if you live outside UK and within Europe. Your order will not be sent if the delivery option is incorrect so if the wrong selection is made, please contact us as soon as possible to amend your order. Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-9 working days2.

    What we do with your information

    Third Party Services

    Our store is hosted on Fasthost. Any non-sensitive data we hold about you is stored Fasthost's data storage on a secure server.


    Bead Aura Online does not handle or store you payment details. Payments are handled by a secure, third-party service, Sagepay. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). On checkout, you will be directed to a Sagepay server to complete your transaction. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Once payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the Bead Aura Online website.

    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

    Bead Aura Online does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties apart from the purposes of completing a transaction.     Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policies

    Bead Aura Online takes pride in our reputation for quality and service. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund.

    If there has been a mix-up with your order, please notify us straight away. We try really hard to dispatch everything accurately, but occasionally a mistake is made. In this case, every effort is made to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

    Returns and Refunds

    Please check your order carefully when it arrives to ensure everything is correct. If there are any problems or you are simply unhappy with your order, please email us at orders@beadaura.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 744 075 7208 during our opening times.

    Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for negligence or improper handling on the part of Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other delivery or handling agencies. In general, if serious damage has occurred in transit, compensation can be claimed against the handler.

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

    Please be aware that replacements or refunds over and above our statutory obligations are at our own discretion.

    We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on discretionary returns.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Certain products such as Earring Hooks and Studs on the grounds of health and safety
    • Any merchandise marked 'Clearance' or 'Sale'
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Items purchased in person at Bead Fairs or other events cannot be returned to the Online Store
    • Any item from orders more than 14 days after delivery

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or Proof of Purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@beadaura.co.uk.

    Replacements and Exchanges

    Exchanged goods will be considered a new order and postal charges will be made as such.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item is clearly labelled at the time of purchase as incorrect or faulty, then any replacements or exchanges will be considered a new order and postal charges will be made as such. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at orders@beadaura.co.uk and unless informed otherwise, send your item to: Bead Aura Trading Ltd 114 Colindale Avenue, London, NW9 5GX.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

    Shipping a Return Item

    To return your product, you need to first contact Bead Aura Trading Ltd at orders@beadaura.co.uk or calling us on 0744 075 7208. Unless told otherwise, you should mail your product to: Bead Aura Trading Ltd 114 Colindale Avenue, Colindale, NW9 5GX.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we provide the cost of return shipping, this will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as Special Next Day Delivery or purchasing shipping insurance as well as obtaining a Proof of Postage from your courier service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Returns can only be accepted on items received by us so we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting which is free from the Post Office. When we get the goods back in good condition, we will let you know.

    Please package any returns carefully in a padded bag or box.

    Clearance and Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Cancellations and Changes to Order
